Sarah Jacobs, LCSW

I am a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) therapist at Arrow Behavioral Health, currently accepting new clients. I believe that human beings are resilient and often find ways to survive stressful or traumatic situations—though sometimes, those coping methods can create further challenges in life.

My philosophy is rooted in person-centered treatment, meeting you exactly where you are. I focus on the individual during sessions, creating a safe and understanding environment where we can work together to explore new ideas that may bring healing and growth.

I have experience working with individuals facing a wide range of issues, including:

  • Immigration and Latino culture

  • Incarceration and forensic backgrounds (jail/state prison systems, federal probation/parole)

  • Addiction, trauma, PTSD, psychosis

  • Anxiety, depression, suicidality

  • Divorce, child and family conflict, loss and grief

  • Academic concerns (IEP/504 school-based issues)

  • Life adjustment challenges

I work with clients from ages three and up, offering both virtual and in-person sessions.

I look forward to walking with you through your journey—wherever you may be on that path.

Sarah is currently accepting new clients with BCBS, Optum, NHP, United, Medicaid, Medicare, Tufts Commercial, Aetna, and Harvard Pilgrim at our Warwick locations, as well as via telehealth.
