Our passion is to bring our experience to others and assist them with achieving their individual goals.

We have worked in the mental health field for over 20+ years in a variety of settings, such as inpatient psychiatric hospitals, therapeutic schools, and a variety of private practice settings. Due to our experience, we work with children, adolescents, adults, families, and co-parenting relationships.

We can also provide assistance with parenting strategies, IEP/504 guidance, and navigating special education within a school system.

As Licensed Mental Health Counselors, we are deeply committed to being there when you need us most helping you explore, heal, and move forward into a happy and healthy mindset.
