Savanna Cavacas, LICSW - Clinical Director
Savanna is the Clinical Director at Arrow Behavioral Health. She provides clinical leadership and oversight to support high quality, ethical, and client centered care across the practice.
Savanna supports and supervises clinicians, helps strengthen clinical systems and workflows, and ensures services align with best practices and professional standards.
She collaborates closely with leadership and the multidisciplinary team to support growth, consistency, and strong clinical outcomes for both clients and staff.
In addition to her role as Clinical Director, Savanna does see clients for therapy.
Savanna is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Rhode Island with nearly a decade of experience working with individuals in various mental health care settings.
Savanna works primarily with teens and adults ages 13 to 65. Her practice is devoted to helping individuals navigate the challenges they are facing in order to improve personal wellbeing and overall quality of life. Savanna focuses on using the therapeutic relationship, clinical insight, and a variety of interventions to help clients regain a positive sense of self and begin fostering greater joy and fulfillment in their lives.
Savanna has experience supporting individuals through a wide range of concerns including sexual assault, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, family and relationship challenges, abuse and trauma, substance use, mood disorders, and general stress related concerns. She works collaboratively with clients to develop treatment plans that are tailored to their specific needs and goals.
Savanna believes in empowering clients not only to share their story, but to shape it. She understands how difficult it can be to seek help and acknowledge that there are parts of life that need change. She approaches this work with empathy and compassion, recognizing the weight of emotional pain clients may carry. Savanna is here to help relieve that burden and support the development of a renewed sense of wellbeing.
Savanna currently accepts BCBS, NHP, United, Harvard Pilgrim, TUFTS, Medicare, Medicaid, and Aetna insurance plans as well as self pay clients.
