Jeremy Martins, LMHC

Jeremy is a highly experienced mental health professional with over 20 years of dedicated work supporting children and adolescents. He began his career at Bradley Hospital, where he developed a strong clinical foundation working with youth and families across a range of behavioral and emotional challenges.

As a co-founder of Arrow Behavioral Health, Jeremy has played an integral role in building and expanding the practice into a trusted resource within the community. While helping to grow the organization, he continues to maintain an active clinical caseload, remaining closely connected to the clients and families he serves.

In addition to his clinical and leadership roles, Jeremy oversees the management of the organization’s properties, ensuring that the practice environments are functional, welcoming, and aligned with the needs of both clients and staff.
