Bobbielyn Jones, LCSW

Are you looking for a therapist who can support you with emotional regulation, healing from trauma, identity exploration, or navigating life challenges with compassion and curiosity? I believe therapy is a collaborative process that creates space for healing, self-discovery, and lasting change. My goal is to provide a safe, affirming environment where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to better understand yourself and your experiences.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have worked with individuals and families in home based settings and within the public school system, giving me a broad understanding of how relationships, family dynamics, and environmental factors shape emotional wellbeing. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to providing trauma informed, culturally responsive care that honors each client's unique story.

I am especially passionate about working with individuals impacted by developmental, generational, and complex trauma. My clinical interests include emotional regulation, identity exploration, strengthening one's sense of self, and supporting adult children of parents with addiction and or mental illness. I am committed to creating an affirming, inclusive space for LGBTQ2S+ individuals and enjoy working alongside people from underserved and historically marginalized communities.

My work is informed by trauma informed care, attachment theory, ecological systems theory, and evidence based practices that recognize the interconnectedness of our relationships, environments, and lived experiences. I integrate expressive arts, somatic approaches, mindfulness, breathwork, and yoga when appropriate, recognizing that healing often involves both the mind and the body. I tailor therapy to each individual's needs, drawing from these approaches to support nervous system regulation, self awareness, and meaningful healing.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy painting, creating collages, practicing yoga, and nurturing my own wellbeing through creative expression and mindfulness. These personal practices continue to inspire the way I approach healing with curiosity, compassion, and the belief that there are many pathways toward growth and wellness.

Bobbielyn is currently accepting new clients with BCBS, Optum, NHP, United, Medicaid, Medicare, Tufts Commercial, Aetna and Harvard Pilgrim in our Warwick locations as well as via telehealth.
