Victoria Tiburcio, LICSW

I am a Christian counselor who is passionate about walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate life’s challenges and move toward healing and growth. I earned both my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and Master of Social Work (MSW) from Rhode Island College and have experience working with children, teens, and adults in a variety of clinical settings. Before becoming a clinician, I worked as a caseworker supporting youth in the foster care system, which shaped my deep commitment to compassion, resilience, and trauma-informed care.

I work with clients of all ages who are ready to create meaningful change in their lives. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I take a collaborative and creative approach to treatment — focusing on what works best for you. My work integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Expressive Arts Therapy to support emotional healing, personal insight, and lasting growth.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma and posttraumatic stress, grief and loss, family concerns, and relationship challenges. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are in your journey and provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and valued. For clients who wish, I also welcome the integration of faith and Christian principles as part of the counseling process, honoring the important role spirituality can play in healing.

I look forward to partnering with you as you work toward hope, healing, and the life you want to build.

Victoria accepts BCBS, NHP, United, Student Resources, Aetna, Tufts Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid and Harvard Pilgrim insurance plans as well as self pay.
