Mark Iannuccilli, LMHC
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Rhode Island and I received a Master's degree in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from Salve Regina University in 2022.
I work with adults aged 18+ and I am particularly focused on creating relationships with clients that foster healing and growth. My method blends a person centered approach with the utilization of solution focused therapy, trauma informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.I have a specific passion for helping clients who struggle with issues related to childhood trauma, helping to devise new and healthier coping strategies tailored for increased interpersonal effectiveness and the instillation of hope.
I am inspired to assist clients in developing personalized coping strategies that can be employed to help solve relational, social, and occupational challenges and to work on changing self perceptions that may limit progress towards life goals.I also provide guidance for persons who encounter circumstantial life stressors and the emotional challenges that arise from these.
My goals are to create a therapeutic environment in which clients feel seen and heard, and to hold a safe space for clients to express themselves without fear, shame,or negative judgement.
