Kelsey Gamble, LICSW
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and have been working with individuals with chronic mental illness since 2015 in a variety of different settings. I work with clients ages 16+. In my practice, I provide an empathic and judgment free space that allows you to be your most authentic self. Through the use of humor and my own authenticity I help clients create a strategy to utilize existing inner strengths, foster resilience, and overcome challenges. Therapy sessions are aimed to feel welcoming and safe while encouraging you to reflect and make steps towards long term change.
My passion is helping clients living with obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety, excessive worry, and self-doubt. My mission is to guide clients through evidence-based approaches to tackle compulsions, obsessional doubt, process trauma and build a personalized and effective strategy to overcome these challenges.
I am trained in providing evidenced-based treatment models such as ERP, I-CBT, TF-CBT, and CBT. I utilize psychodynamic, metacognitive, and dialectical therapy approaches.
Kelsey is currently practicing at Arrow Behavioral Health’s College Road location. Office hours range from 9 am- 6 pm Monday- Friday. She accepts BCBS, United, Student Resources, NHP and self pay.
