I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with children, teens, and young adults ages 5-30 with ADHD, anxiety, divorce, peer or family conflict, women’s health, and chronic illnesses with a specialty in Epilepsy. I completed my Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Toronto and specialized in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. I went on to complete my Masters’ of Social Work at Rhode Island College.
While completing my Master’s I mentored college students on campus experiencing substance dependency, life transitions, anxiety, and general life stressors. I have experience providing psychoeducation to parents, grandparents, and guardians surrounding social media, technology, parental locks, and vaping.
I approach every client differently and focus on their strengths. I want this process of growth to be fun, challenging, and rewarding. I provide Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, Motivational Interviewing, and outdoor therapeutic approaches, amongst other interventions, to fit your needs.
I have availability in Warwick on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays & Middletown on Fridays and Saturdays!
Cassandra currently accepts BCBS, NHP, United, and Tufts, as well as self-pay clients.
