Brett Robinson, LMHCA
Welcome! I received my MS in Rehabilitation Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rutgers University.
I view therapy as a collaborative, non-judgmental process in which we'll work together to achieve both short and long-term goals which may include: identifying and reframing long-held harmful thought patterns or behaviors, learning how to regulate big emotions, and developing skills with an ultimate goal of empowering you to make meaningful and lasting changes.
I have worked with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, substance abuse, LGBTQ2S+ issues, and life transitions. I utilize multiple therapeutic modalities including Brain-spotting, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
We all experience and process life's challenges in different ways, so we will work together to find the therapeutic approach that is best-suited for your goals.
