Yanissmary Franqui, LCSW

I am a Spanish-speaking Licensed Clinical Social worker who completed my Bachelor's degree in Social Work at the University of Puerto Rico and my Master's degree in Social Work at Rhode Island College. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, and transitional life events. I also integrate a variety of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, solution-focused, and others.

My goal is to create a safe space for clients to express, heal, and create the positive changes they are looking for. I am passionate about working with other cultures, support members of the LGBTQ+ community and Spanish-speaking clients. Welcome!

Yanissmary currently accepts BCBS, NHP, United, Harvard Pilgrim, TUFTS, Medicare, Medicaid, and Aetna insurance plans as well as self pay clients. She is telehealth only.
