Sara Catherine Clare, LPC, LMHC, CGP, CCTP
I have 7+ years’ experience within the mental health care field. Having worked in various levels of care, some of my greatest strengths are to be open-minded and empathetic. I earned both my master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Salve Regina University, where I studied Psychology, Rehabilitation and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am independently licensed in Rhode Island and Texas. I also hold certifications as a clinical trauma professional (CCTP) and grief informed professional (CGP). Through a holistic lens, I have an integrative approach which is strongly rooted in talk therapy and client empowerment. As a psychotherapist for individual treatment, I enjoy working with a variety of ages who are experiencing life changes, anxiety, and grief/bereavement. Whether you are facing a recent change, feeling overwhelmed, or seeking deeper understanding of yourself, I strive to create a safe and supportive conversational space where you can explore your experiences and build resilience.
